Michael V. DeMola, a certified public accountant with both New Jersey and New York licenses, joined the Firm in 1989. Formerly he was a Tax Manager with an international CPA firm located in New York City. As Tax Director at Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A., he is responsible for the management and review of diversified tax related matters for various business and individual clients. Mr. DeMola has an in-depth knowledge in corporation, partnership, real estate investment trust (REIT), individual, estate and trust tax law matters. His expertise also includes financial statement preparation and business planning. He lectures both for the Firm and for outside interests on various income taxation topics.
