Michael S. Husenica, CPA, Manager, joined Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A. in November 2000. He specializes in auditing Employee Benefit Plans and manages all engagements of this nature for the Firm.

With more than eight years of experience in public accounting, he provides compilation, review, and audit services for manufacturers, construction companies, real estate entities, professional service firms and condominium associations. He is also experienced in taxation and has prepared both Federal and state returns for corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations and individuals.

Mr. Husenica has diverse experience helping closely-held businesses and multi-million dollar corporations achieve their goals. He works with clients on accounting, financial management and profitability enhancement systems to favorably affect their bottom line.
