Marshall A. Morris brings more than thirty years of experience in investigative accounting and litigation support services to Cowan, Gunteski, & Co., P.A. He has provided these services in both commercial and matrimonial cases. Mr. Morris specializes in accounting malpractice, business valuation, damage calculation, discovery of hidden assets, embezzlement, funds flow tracing, fraud, partnership dissolution and shareholder disputes, matrimonial litigation, tax and accounting issues in divorce proceedings, union pension fraud investigation and wrongful termination defense. He has hands-on case experience in the financial operations of businesses in numerous industries.

A prominent speaker and author on various forensic accounting and valuation topics, Mr. Morris has spoken before the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Family Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, New Jersey Bureau of Securities and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NJSCPA"). In addition, he has been a Visiting Lecturer at Rutgers University.

Mr. Morris has been published in the American Journal of Family Law, as well as in publications for the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and various county Bar Associations. Subjects that he as written on include The CPA's Role in Estimating Business Damages, Elements of a Business Valuation Report, Detecting and Preventing Workplace Fraud, and The Divorce Valuation Standard of Value.
