Areas of Expertise

As the Director of the Construction Services Group, Mr. McNamara specializes in helping construction companies achieve their financial goals.  He handles matters such as financial statement analysis, corporate taxation, business planning, bonding, cash flow analysis, equity financing and debt restructuring, as well as merger and acquisition strategies. 

His primary responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s audit practice, as well as providing accounting and consulting services to many of the firm’s diversified medium to large corporations. Additionally, he oversees the Firm’s Peer Review Committee, which maintains Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A.’s quality control structure in accordance with The Center for Public Company Audit Firms Peer Review Program.
